This beautiful, poolside condo is just 30 minutes from the Liberia (LIR) airport located in the beach community of Playas del Coco. This cozy stay has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms with air conditioning in each space to keep you comfortable.
You'll love the upgraded features including granite counters, full-size appliances, wi-fi, and a Smart TV, tile floors, comfy beds, and ceiling fans. An on-demand water heater provides hot water when you want it. The water in our condo is potable so you can drink it, make ice, and brush your teeth without having to source bottled water.
With the pool just steps away from the front deck, it's the perfect condo for families with children. All linens, towels, and kitchen supplies are provided, so make yourselves at home. You have access to the complimentary washer/dryer in the Coco Arenas laundry building, and a parking lot onsite is free for your use as well.

COCO BEACH
Volcanic sand just steps away from where you sleep. Monkeys are often hanging out in the trees on your two block walk to the ocean.Walking to the "wall" of Coco Bay's north side takes 20 minutes along the shore. Natural waterfall flows during rainy season on the wall, and waves in the bay are calm enough for little ones to splash and play in the water. If the waves are a bit bigger than normal, grab your boogie board and enjoy.
THE GOOD LIFE
Playas del Coco is a bay of beautiful waters where you can hop aboard a sunset catamaran, charter a fishing or snorkeling boat, book a dive trip from one of many shops in town, or hang out and watch the incredible sunsets. Our guests often enjoy purchasing a short-term membership at the Club at Coco Bay for pickleball, tennis, a gym, and their incredible pool with swimup bar and poolside service.
